“I cannot recommend Michael Unis enough. This was our second home purchase, first one with Michael, and it was amazing. We were so specific in what we wanted, specific school district, neighborhood, size and style of home, and especially a limited timeline of when we needed to move. To be honest I did not think it was possible, especially given the market conditions at this time with such a limited amount of properties for sale. We saw a couple places, but none of the places felt like “this is it" and I believe Michael knew this. With our time constraints we were willing to compromise on the location and had decided to put offers in on other houses, without luck, but when the house that we ultimately ended up buying came up on the market Michael went into hyperdrive and made things work out for us. The house was on the upper range of our limits and we did not think it would be possible to get but he helped us look for solutions and addressing concerns we had raised.
